There are trends in viticulture that have become increasingly popular in recent years. I would like to clarify hereby how I think, act and work with my plants, including my yeasts, as a winemaker.
As a free-thinking and independently acting person, biodynamics has always seemed rather strange to me. This site is meant to explain that as a winemaker I act uninfluenced by all kinds of esoteric currents. That nevertheless, or just because of that, great wines from it, you can try for yourself. You may wonder why I created this page. The reason: there is far too much disinformation in agriculture, there are far too many false information, especially in viticulture, convey. All boil with water. Nobody can do that with cosmic energy. Nobody.
