This is about our old wine cellar an the (step by step) work behind the restoration of this jewel. It’s my fathers main ambition (he’s the motive force) to get this cellar ready for party and representation.
Über unseren alten Weinkeller und die Arbeit (Schritt für Schritt) der Restaurierung dieses alten Juwels. Es ist übrigens das Bestreben meines Vaters (er ist die Antriebskraft bei dieser Arbeit) den Keller für Feiern und zur Repräsentation fertig zu stellen.
First – we had to clean the dirty walls/bricks.
Am Anfang mussten wir die staubigen Ziegel/Wände reinigen.

Die Wände vor dem Sandstrahlen.
All jointings filled with sand+lime per hand – took us hours!
Alle Fugen wurden mit einem Sand-Kalkgemisch per Hand gefüllt! Das hat Zeit gebraucht!
Structured work is important. Just checking what to do.
Strukturierte Arbeit ist wichtig. Schauen was als nächstes dran kommt.
