Snapshots #5 at Theresas

Days ago I've been to Gerhard Poprasks restaurant Theresas in Deutschlandsberg. We had a great dinner there - good wine in combination with food. I like his cooking style, because he matches just simple things in a very creative way which taste great together.
I shot the pics with an Iphone, so they are not perfect, but for the web it's ok. At the bar you can get by far the best wine offer in the region.

He served my BUCHERTBERG WHITE in combination with Riesling to a dish. This was unusual but great.

    Sers Gotti, das war sicher herrlich. Wer malt denn die Bilder?
    Ich bin schon auf die Weinlieferung gespannt. Gestern erst haetten wir eine Flasche guten Weisswein gebraucht. Der Rivaner aus NÖ schmeckte unseren Gästen nicht sehr.... LG von deiner Schwester A
