Book presentation at Zotter’s
Last friday there was a presentation of a new book at Zotter's chocolate manufactory. The authors are Helma Hamander and Johann Reisinger and it's about old and lost cereal varieties. It includes receipts as well. After a short visit through the chocolate manufactory we could taste some new culinary experiences of Johann Reisinger's skills and tasted wine of Herrenhof estate and local beer from Lava brewery.
