It's january, the snow-month. But for this we can search a lot - we have here in styria quite moderate temperatures, no snow, not even rain for months. It's not a big problem in the vineyards at the moment. The vineyards fortunately tend to root deep. So it's no problem with rain now -  but [...]

Finally all waiting has an end! The new wines will be bottled in about 12 days.  These wines will be the single vineyard wines called Buchertberg White, Buchertberg Red and Eisenberger Hummergraben. I totally avoid early bottlings, every wine should get its time what is essential to it.

The vineyards at Buchert hill are (lucky me) healthy and vital.
