It's a very traditional wine style and aged in large wooden barrels, almost purist I might say.

Days ago I've been to Gerhard Poprasks restaurant Theresas in Deutschlandsberg. We had a great dinner there - good wine in combination with food. I like his cooking style, because he matches just simple things in a very creative way which taste great together.
